Apparently I've been banned for taking care of the randoming players that CONSTANTLY harass this server, who all pledge that "They're innocent, Commander Shepard is the one randoming!" I always ask for these people to be kicked, yet nothing happens to them, so I take it into my own hands to spawn camp them until they leave. (And yes, they ALL have killed people, in duels or standing around waiting for a duel, I have not attacked anyone who is not breaking the rules) The most recent being "kingbonghog", who was running around killing friend and enemy alike with his polearm. After killing him 5 times in a row he initiated a vote kick against me, which passed through because everyone listened to him and his accusations that I was, indeed, randoming him.
I know this won't go anywhere, but I'll leave this here as a request to be unbanned from the [KoV] Dueling Tournament server.

If you were merely vote-kicked, the ban should only last for 30 minutes. Please let me know if you are still banned next time you try. I do recognize you Sheppard and I know you to respect the rules.
Generally speaking, the best policy is to attempt a votekick, contact an admin in steam (feel free to add me, 'nerburg' should do the trick in search), and lastly try to obliterate them if the above do not work. As you can see though, the last option is prone to backfire if they are a clever troll.

Thanks for the response, just got home for work so I'll check in a bit on the status of the ban. If you could, however, tell me how to vote-kick the rule breakers for future reference?

By typing /list_players in the chat (you must delete /say) you will get a list of all the steam id's of the players (A big ol' long number beginning with 110000)
Then, by typing /vote_kick <steamid> (the players current steam name might also work as well, haven't tested in recent builds) you will initiate the kick.
